Abstract
⺠Streptomyces lividans directly assimilated glycerol, xylose. ⺠Transglutaminase was directly produced from starch, xylan and cellulose without any biomass degradation enzymes. ⺠The maximum amount concentration of transglutaminase reached 530 mg/L from xylose. ⺠Cinnamic acid concentration was attained to 490 mg/L from cellobiose. ⺠Active-form cellulase, amylase and xylanase from S. lividans could be contributed for biomass degradation.
