Abstract
► Streptomyces lividans directly assimilated glycerol, xylose. ► Transglutaminase was directly produced from starch, xylan and cellulose without any biomass degradation enzymes. ► The maximum amount concentration of transglutaminase reached 530 mg/L from xylose. ► Cinnamic acid concentration was attained to 490 mg/L from cellobiose. ► Active-form cellulase, amylase and xylanase from S. lividans could be contributed for biomass degradation.
