Abstract

Achieving high performance with diminishing weight and size of a small satellite is a big challenge nowadays. Due to the presence of space external disturbances and internal inertial variation, the pointing accuracy is susceptible. The high performance H∞ control method is used to synthesize a state-feedback attitude controller to achieve robust performance and stability. Another approach with frequency domain analysis and sensitivity function realization is to check the frequency range of the system and its behavior.
