Abstract
This paper is concerned with a model of controlling supply chain for a local warehouse with two suppliers whose trustability is different. An algorithm is obtained for design of optimal inventory control strategies. A process is described in which stationary strategies are introduced. A software package is developed in which the algorithm is numerically modeled for two varieties of Gauss-like and nearly uniform discrete demand distribution. Examples illustrate the dependence of the parameters and the cost for optimal stationary strategies on the system’s econometric characteristics, in particular, the discount factor.
