Abstract
Biomass-based hierarchical porous carbon was prepared via halloysite template and KOH-activation method. This hierarchical structure of carbon adsorbent endows enhanced adsorption capacity and adsorption kinetics property for efficient removal of chloramphenicol. We believed that this work will advance the sustainable production of valuable hierarchical porous carbon for various applications such as energy storage, environmental remediation, catalysis, etc.110
