Abstract
- TiO2 nanoparticles improved the mechanical properties of the phthalonitrile resin.
- Excellent thermal stability was achieved upon adding the TiO2 nanoparticles.
- At 6 wt% TiO2 content, the Tg reached 364.4 °C.
- Phthalonitrile resin and nanocomposites showed excellent anti-corrosion properties.
- TEM and SEM confirmed the good dispersion and adhesion of the TiO2 with the resin.
