Abstract
AbstractThis paper presents a method to apply parametric modeling and speech processing techniques for the condition monitoring of complex rotating machines. Complex rotating machines are characterized by a big number of interdependent rotating parts, like motorized vehicles. The techniques presented in this paper have been developed to monitor the health status of complex rotating machines with a huge number of rotating parts where the isolation of specific vibration sources is difficult. This work was based on the condition monitoring of agricultural vehicles.
