Abstract
We do analyse the influence of the correlation on time signals received from the same satellite using common-view technique on the accuracy of GPS time dissemination during time synchronization by quantum oscillators. We focus on the case when the interval between instances in time is much shorter than a second, and the PPS (Pulse per Second) technique is applicable. Next, estimates were made on the influence of the atmosphere, ionosphere conditions and the Doppler effect on the dissemination of time signals. It has been found, that the standard deviation of the time interval between two moments in time is about 35â¯ns, when the time signals are transmitted for thousands of kilometers due to influence of the atmosphere, the ionosphere and the Doppler effect. That gives the ratio of the time intervals measurements equal to approximately 5â¯Â·â¯10â7.
