Abstract
This paper is devoted to the stability and stabilization problem for uncertain and nonlinear systems with time-varying state delay and network induced control delay. The class of admissible uncertainties and nonlinearities of the system comprehends several types of uncertainties frequently investigated in the literature. Using some recent developments, new sufficient conditions are established for the analysis and the control design expressed by linear and bilinear matrix inequalities, respectively. These conditions are obtained via the Lyapunov-Krasovskii method. Numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
