Abstract
The systems describing the process of road traffic are large stochastic dynamic systems. The new description of the dynamic model of the system is the base for the calculation and control of the system processes. In this paper we present a domain-level optimal control for traffic networks applying Lyapunov function, and we detail the linkage of this control to our macroscopic non-linear positive systems class derived model. We also introduce examples of modeling with this method and applying two-level domain control on a realized network model of city Gy***ör. The described control can be expanded to have respect to the reduction of pollution emitted by traffic.
