Abstract
This paper presents a scheme for designing a robust decentralized controllers for continuous time interconnected large scale systems (ILSS). In fact, it consists on a new stabilization condition, formulated as an LMI optimization problem parameterized by a scalar, offering an additional degree of freedom. This approach is also extended to treat the static output feedback problem. The efficiency of the proposed control approach is highlighted by numerical simulation on a power system as an example of ILSS.
