Integrated Hardware and Software for Monitoring and Control of Public Utilities in Small Local Communities

In this paper we propose an integrated system, hardware and software, for control and monitoring of a distributed system which includes the water supply subsystem, sewerage system, water treatment system, public buildings management system, night time illumination system. Also, to this distributed system, a video surveillance subsystem can be added. This entire concept is thought for small settlements comprised from few villages.
