Abstract
⺠We proposed a precision measurement conditions for lowest phase error measurement. ⺠The precision condition is useful in wide range of the refractive index of sample. ⺠We can achieve a tenfold reduction both in phase error and refractive index error. ⺠Simple optical configuration and easy operation.
