Abstract
► Various walls, obtained with Direct Laser Fabrication process, are presented. ► A linear relationship between the number of layers and the walls' height is observed. ► Highest scanning velocity leads to the best surface state and fabrication time. ► Lower vertical laser shift leads to the better wall quality criterion. ► Micro-hardness profiles and observed microstructures are studied.
