Abstract
⺠Various walls, obtained with Direct Laser Fabrication process, are presented. ⺠A linear relationship between the number of layers and the walls' height is observed. ⺠Highest scanning velocity leads to the best surface state and fabrication time. ⺠Lower vertical laser shift leads to the better wall quality criterion. ⺠Micro-hardness profiles and observed microstructures are studied.
