Abstract
Silver nanowires (AgNWs)-templated metal oxide layers were applied to Si; achieve excellent photoresponses for broad wavelengths. Without any intentional doping procedure, a quality Schottky photodetector was spontaneously realized by forming AgNWs-templated metal-oxide layers onto Si. This optically transparent hybrid window was achieved by AgNWs-templated grown ITO structures. AgNWs- templated ITO/Si Schottky photodetector showed excellent photoresponse ratio as high as 1270 and linear dynamic range 126 dB. Remarkably, the AgNWs-Schottky photodetector responded to low intensity of light (10−9 mW cm−2) without any external bias. The functional design of AgNWs-templated hybrid transparent conductors showed substantially enhanced carrier collection performances and can be applied in various photoelectric devices and applications.
