Abstract
⺠We proposed MEMS energy harvesting systems integrating frequency wideband and up-conversion mechanisms simultaneously. ⺠The operation frequency range is broadened and the power generation of the system is improved by using the frequency up-conversion cantilever stopper. ⺠Our proposed energy harvesting system offers a possible application in low frequency situation such as that of human motion.
