Abstract
⺠Preisach operator and fuzzy NARX structure are combined to model the IPMC actuator. ⺠The Preisach operator describes rate independent hysteresis characteristic. ⺠Fuzzy NARX structure captures nonlinear dynamics. ⺠Optimized model captures well bending behavior of IPMC actuator.
