Abstract
Mobile applications structures are presented and their quality characteristics. The development cycle for m-applications is analyzed in the context of ensuring TQM requirements. A system of quality indicators of m-applications is designed and properties of these indicators are analyzed in relation to the operationality and representation of provided results. Practical arrangements for checking the metric for general classes of m-applications are established. The considered experiments come to emphasize the need to use metrics and the aggregate quality indicator.
