Abstract
This paper proposes the promotion of learning in companies involved as a mean to overcome the challenges that exist in today's markets, which are dynamic, competitive and demanding environmental requirements. Strategies that value the intellectual capital can provide the means to generate sustainable competitive advantages necessary to overcome these challenges, while contributing to the enhancement of human capital. The paper presents the TCD approach (acronym for “Work, Training and Personal Development” in portuguese), with theoretical contributions that aim to integrate organizational learning to work in order to humanize organizations towards their economic and social sustainability.
