Abstract
The identification methods always start from the assumption that the sampling rate of the signal is much larger than the bandwidth of the process analyzed. Furthermore, it is required that the input signal must be persistent, stimulating the system beyond its bandwidth. This paper reports a study of the influence of sampling frequency to the identification of dynamical systems when its value and its influence on the input signal can not be disregarded.
