Abstract
We consider the control of 360MN Extrusion machine, which has six-hydraulic cylinders which can be simplified to six second order integral dynamic agents. We introduce consensus predictive model in this paper to improve the convergence speed and relax the sampling rate requirement for our previous design of consensus control protocol for this machine and verified benefits of this design on a co-simulation platform with ADAMS and EASY5.
