Abstract
We continue our study on stability properties of model predictive control without terminal constraints applied to the heat equation. Here, we focus on boundary control and in particular on the differences between Neumann and Dirichlet boundary conditions. We first illustrate the differences by means of numerical simulations and then explain our findings by a theoretical analysis.
