Abstract
Fractional order models have been more and more used as they offer better characterization of real systems of lumped as well as distributed nature. In this paper, we are interested in multiple-input and single-output (MISO) fractional systems of commensurate order with input or output delays, which have not been well understood so far. With the intent of using Youla parametrization for controller synthesis, we need coprime factorizations and Bézout factors of the systems. In a previous work, we have derived explicit expressions of left coprime factors. The right counterparts are determined in this paper, which allows us to obtain the set of all stabilizing controllers for some classes of delay fractional systems.
