Abstract
The tribological properties of the hard much fiber wenge and soft porous tamarisk as a cellular fiber-reinforced composite were studied under different normal loads and frictional speeds in the paper. The much fiber and porous characteristics and mechanical properties of wood are significantly affected on the tribological properties. Results provide a reference for the application of the understanding and bio-mimicking of fiber-reinforced composite materials.302
