Abstract
In recent years, as control technology is progressing, active control methods are introduced for the sake of the safety and ride comfort of cars. One of them is a semi-active suspension which has an important role to suppress vibration and to improve handling stability. In this paper, the steering feel of a driver is also improved in the framework of gain-scheduled H∞ control for a semi-active suspension. The control performance is confirmed by some experiments.
