Abstract
Although the CRONE Control System Design toolbox for Matlab allows optimizing the parameters of robust controllers, it appears that the performance of the optimized controllers depends on the experience of the user that sets the specifications. This study proposes new optimization criteria facilitating the CRONE design of controllers as robust and as efficient as possible. A benchmark example is used to show that these criteria can be considered for a significant improvement in the use of CRONE CSD toolbox.
