Abstract
The paper provides a rigorous analytic solution to the ℒ2-optimization problem for linear MIMO sampled-data systems with pure time-delays on basis of the parametric transfer matrix concept. The problem is singular, and the solutions are given as a parametrized set. General properties of the optimal system are investigated, especially fixed poles.
