Abstract
⺠Momentum and heat transfer of flow over a stretching/shrinking sheet are investigated. ⺠Exact solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations are found. ⺠Both exponentially and algebraically decaying solutions are observed. ⺠Multiple solutions with infinite number of solutions for the flow field are obtained.
