Abstract
In the second part, the Fatigue Crack Growth evaluation scheme relying on semi-circular defects is validated through a comparison to reference Finite Element modeling. It is then shown that the assumed semi-circular defect is justified and also that the complete analytical scheme based on a KI compendium and the simplified kth coefficient formulation allows to accurately evaluate the Fatigue Crack Growth Rate of this complex configuration.
