Abstract
A modified flow calorimeter was constructed to measure the isobaric heat capacity of R1233zd(E). The measurements extend from compressed liquid to supercritical phases. Temperatures range from 313â¯K to 445â¯K while pressures range from 1.0â¯MPa to 10â¯MPa. The expanded (kâ¯=â¯2) relative uncertainty for isobaric heat capacity of R1233zd(E) is less than 0.015 at temperatures lower than 423â¯K (including 423â¯K) and 0.025 in supercritical region (445â¯K).
