Abstract
- A Sn-Ag-Ti ternary alloy was used as the active filler metal to braze Al to graphite in air.
- Ti can reduce the surface tension on the graphite surface.
- Ultrasonic vibration removes surface oxidation films.
- Ultrasonic vibration improves the wetting behavior of liquid solder.
