Abstract
Technological progress poses new challenges to education and science, especially in certain technical areas. Graduates of schools and universities should not have only basic knowledge of classical disciplines but also be able to navigate the new realities, particularly ubiquitous robotics and embedded systems. Meanwhile, training equipment available for students of universities and schools often does not meet modern requirements. The idea of new generation cybernetical construction sets was originated and is developing in cooperation of St. Petersburg schools and universities. This article discusses several solutions of robots programming training using which education methods and processes could be updated.
