Abstract
In 1989 Sontag showed for finite dimensional control-affine nonlinear systems that smooth stabilizability is equivalent to input-to-state stabilizability with respect to disturbances adding to the control input, a typical situation in practice because of actuator errors. In this paper ISS feedback control laws for stabilizable neutral systems in the Hale's form are studied. As for finite dimensional systems, the ISS feedback control law is found by means of the Liapunov functional by which the asymptotic stability of the unforced closed loop system can be proved.
