Abstract
In this paper we consider a MIMO switched plant as a system with piecewise parameter perturbations which change in arbitrary and unknown switching times. The intervals between consecutive switching times are large enough. An adaptive controller is designed by the localization principle. Some properties of an adaptive control system are considered. The system has state variable derivative feedback that leads to two-time scale motions. The stability problem is studied with the help of the common Lyapunov function and singular perturbation method. Numerical examples are given.
