Abstract

This paper deals with usage of own software applications for temperature analysis and visualization of boreholes located at the district of the Small Research Polygon (SRP). The first part of this paper is centred on detailed descriptions of the SRP and TRT system, some layout configuration of SRP boreholes with the distances between the TC1 borehole and its surrounding ones, and a short description of SRP data acquisition system consisting of PLC of B&R X20 type. The next part described own applications (SRP Temperature Visualization, TRTViewer&LVBrowser) not only for temperature visualization, but also for detailed temperature analysis. Each of these applications can offer some specific way how to process online or offline data from SRP boreholes, e. g. tables with a timestamp, 2D graphs with historical and real trends or temperature profiles, and 3D graphs for the best data presentation. A purpose of the applications is to help user visualize and analyze data efficiently.
