Abstract
Using the velocity dependent static gain of the one track model it is shown how different unknown parameters and special combinations can be estimated. After discussing different driving maneuvers for vehicle excitation the estimation method is described and applied to a test vehicle for two parameter combinations including the cornering stiffness and the position of the center of gravity. The result is evaluated by simulations with stationary as well as dynamic driving maneuvers.
