Abstract

- The higher fault-induced rockburst energy is, the less stick-slip event before rockburst is.
- The larger stress drop, energy and displacement show indistinctive stick-slip precursor.
- The decreasing of advancing velocity can weaken fault slip neighboring a working face.
- Relief-shot for reducing normal stress can appropriately increase friction coefficient of fault.
- Water injection of fault can reduce the frictional coefficient to avoid energy accumulation.
