Abstract
⺠We present two full field and easy to use validation techniques. ⺠Both techniques are compared to a finite element model of a multi-layered beak. ⺠Digital speckle pattern interferometry is very sensitive (nanometer resolution). ⺠Digital image correlation is more robust.
