Abstract
The principle goal of the paper is to present some ideas for establishing of a “perfect” control system of indoor environment quality in office and residence buildings. The paper provides some discussions - based on authors experience in building performance simulation, computer simulation of air distribution in ventilated rooms, and assessment and categorization of indoor environment - on the requirements of the international standards for design, assessment and categorization of the components of the indoor environment, as well as on how they can be used for establishing of a “perfect” control system of the desired atmospheric and thermal indoor environment.
