Abstract
In present work the new composite materials were synthesized by introduction of ferroelectrics KNO3 and NaNO3 mixture into dielectric porous glass matrixes. The structure parameters of the composites depending on pore radius from 23 to 312 nm as well on a composition of Nax K1âxNO3 (where x = 0.05 and 0.1) were studied by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques. Thermal and dielectric properties of the composites were determined within a wide temperature range. Results show that the increasing NaNO3 content on KNO3 plays a key role in the physical properties of obtained nanocomposites.
