Abstract
In this note we address the problem of observer-based synchronization for a class of chaotic time-delay systems. Based on the Differential Mean Value Theorem (DMVT) and the Lyapunov stability, a new sufficient synthesis condition, expressed in term of Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI), is provided. A numerical example is given in order to show the validity of the proposed method.
