Loose yarn of Ag-ZnO-PAN/ITO hybrid nanofibres: Preparation, characterization and antibacterial evaluation

An effective and straightforward “all-solution” strategy was introduced to incorporate silver nanoparticles-zinc oxide nanorods combination into loose polyacrylonitrile nanofibrous yarn. This hierarchical nanostructure integrates the double anti-bacterial effects from both zinc oxide and silver, rendering itself a promising candidate as advanced textiles.160
