Synthesis of minimal-size ZnO nanoparticles through sol-gel method: Taguchi design optimisation

The smallest size of ZnO NPs could be obtained with the aid of Taguchi optimisation tool, in which the synthesis parameters such as ratio of starting materials, molar concentration and calcination temperature were optimised.
