Abstract
⺠The electropulsing could be applied to temper the saw blade. ⺠The distribution of the mechanical properties in the saw blade is gradient. ⺠The strength and toughness of the saw blade could be improved simultaneously. ⺠The results can be attributed to the detour effect of the pulse current.
