Abstract
⺠Various morphologies and quantity of ferrite was obtained by TMCP. ⺠Effect of ferrite's morphology and quantity on mechanical properties was investigated. ⺠Effect of ferrite's morphology and quantity on wear behavior was investigated. ⺠Acicular ferrite deflects propagation cracks increasing ductility and wear resistance. ⺠Wear mechanism of containing different ferrite was analyzed.
