Abstract
⺠Effects of ground BA with low and high LOI on concrete strength were investigated. ⺠Ground BA with low LOI can be used as a pozzolanic material in concrete up to 30%. ⺠Concrete containing 20% ground BA with high LOI had compressive strength as high as CON concrete. ⺠Temperature of concrete containing ground BA with low LOI was reduced by 13-37%. ⺠Use of bagasse ash as a cement replacement reduces disposal waste and cement usage.
