Abstract
⺠Narrow and fully penetrated welded joint without marco-defects is obtained by fiber laser. ⺠Weld microstructures in fusion zone are mainly columnar dendrites and equiaxed dendrites. ⺠There are no obvious composition changes and segregation in the fusion zone. ⺠The welded joint shows higher microhardness than the stainless steel substrate.
