Abstract
⺠The globular microstructure of thixoformed parts obtain at the higher temperatures. ⺠The microstructure of thixoformed parts consists of relatively equiaxed grains. ⺠Precipitation phases decrease in the grain boundaries with increasing temperature. ⺠SEM results show the fracture surface of thixoformed parts has a mixture mode.
