Abstract
Single longitudinal mode laser has been widely used in optical measurement and communication by virtue of high monochromaticity, high coherence, and high beam quality. In this paper, two Fabry-Perot resonators, F1 and F2, with thickness of 1.65â¯mm and 10â¯mm respectively and Q-switched delaying were used to select single longitudinal. The results show that when the incident angle for F1, F2 is 0.5° and 0.9° respectively, and the electro-optic Q switched delaying is properly extended, the laser can output with single longitudinal mode at a repetition rate of 10â¯Hz, which the output energy is 1.03â¯mJ, pulse width is 13.2â¯ns, the power stability is better than 3% in 4â¯h test.
