Abstract
We prepared Nd3+/Pr3+/Yb3+ tri-doped phosphate glass by high-temperature melting method. The glass can efficiently transfer the sunlight into the near-infrared luminescence (â¼1000â¯nm). Which can be applied to the spectrum converter of the solar battery of crystalline silicon. It is hopeful for improving the efficiency of solar battery.
