Abstract
This paper is a contribution to the problem of state estimation.More precisely, it concerns the case of time-varying linear systems. The goal is twofold. First to improve some results on state estimation. Second, to use this strategy to investigate the problem of diagnosis for Pi;M fuel cells process. Simulations results are given in order to illustrate the performances of the proposed approach.
